Robin van Persie

A surprising, sudden move that nobody saw coming, the Dutch striker has left Arsenal to join Manchester United for a reported 20 million pounds ($31.3 million). The Red Devils now employ the services of Van Persie, Wayne Rooney, Danny Welbeck, and Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez.

Santi Cazorla

One of the belated moves from last week, the Spanish midfielder joins Arsenal from Malaga for a reported 15 million pounds ($23.6 million).

Lucas Moura

After much speculation over his future, the Brazilian midfielder will join Paris-Saint Germain (PSG) at the start of the January transfer window. Lucas was believed by many to be THE target of the summer for Sir Alex Ferguson and Manchester United.

Luis Suarez

The controversial Uruguayan forward has quelled rumors of a departure from Liverpool after signing a new contract with the club.

And speaking of Liverpool, the Reds have signed two midfielders in the last few days. Joe Allen played for new Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers at Swansea last season and Moroccan international Oussama Assaidi will join the club from Holland’s Herrenveen.

Craig Bellamy

The veteran Welsh forward completed a move to Cardiff City (his boyhood club) last week and signed a two year deal. Liverpool defeated Cardiff in the Carling Cup final this past season.

Louis Saha

The veteran French striker who has spent a large portion of his career in England became a free agent this summer and signed a one year deal with Sunderland.

Jack Rodwell

After a relatively quiet summer, Manchester City signed the former Everton midfielder to a five year deal on a 12 million pound ($18.8 million) transfer fee.

Romelu Lukaku

Chelsea have loaned the Belgian striker out to West Bromwich Albion for the upcoming season after purchasing him from Anderlecht last summer.

Ryo Miyaichi

Arsenal have also loaned out a player they purchased last summer. The young Japanese standout played for Bolton last season and will join Wigan this season.

Joris Mathijsen

One year after signing a lucrative deal with Malaga, the Dutch center back has returned to his native Netherlands to play for Feyenoord.

Felipe Melo

The Brazilian midfielder spent last season on loan with Galatasaray and will return there on loan again this season.

David Pizzaro

The Chile international failed to find a permanent spot in Roberto Mancini’s side at Manchester City and has now completed a permanent move to Fiorentina in Italy.

Sergio Canales

After spending last season on loan with Valencia from Real Madrid, Canales has completed a permanent move and signed a five year deal with Valencia.

Joselu

Another Real Madrid prospect has left as well. The 22 year old Joselu will join Hoffenheim in Germany on a four year deal.

Cristian Zapata

The Colombian defender will join AC Milan on loan this season from Villareal.

Olof Mellberg

The Swedish center back signed a one year deal with Villareal after his current deal with Olympiakos expired this summer.

Brandao

The Brazilian international was released by Marseille and signed with St. Etienne.

Arouna Kone

The former Levante striker completed a 3.5 million Euro ($4.3 million) move to Wigan.

Markus Rosenberg

The Swedish striker signed a three year deal with West Bromwich Albion.

Colin-Kazim Richards

The Turkish international has been loaned to Blackburn for the upcoming season from Galatasaray.

Vurnon Anita

The defensive midfielder has left Ajax and signed a five year deal with Newcastle.

Vincent Enyeama

The Nigerian goalkeeper will join Maccabi Tel Aviv on loan this season from Lille.

Alejandro Bedoya

The American midfielder has left cash strapped Rangers in Scotland and joined Sweden’s Helsingborgs.

Marco Pappa

The Guatemalan midfielder announced that he will leave Chicago Fire in January to join SC Heerenveen.
