In addition to Univision Deportes’ exclusive Spanish-language broadcasts of almost 30 Major League Soccer regular season games on UniMás, its leading Spanish-language broadcast television network,Univision Deportes will air an additional 23 MLS regular season matches on its 24-hour sports network, Univision Deportes Network (UDN).
The MLS games on UDN will begin this Saturday, March 9 at 6:00 p.m. ET when the Colorado Rapids host the Philadelphia Union in their first home game of the 2013 season.
The schedule, which features 14 of the 19 MLS teams, comes in addition to sister network UniMás’ broadcast of 26 MLS regular season games, for a total of 49 nationally televised MLS games on Univision Deportes’ family of networks – making Univision Deportes the home of the most MLS matches in the U.S. The Univision Deportes broadcast package also includes exclusive Spanish-language coverage of the MLS All-Star Game and MLS Cup 2013, as well as live steaming of select games on Univision’s digital network UVideos.
