Cyprian Hedrick, Sporting Kansas City’s selection in the second round of the 2012 MLS SuperDraft will be undergoing surgery to repair a fractured fibula in his left leg.
It is a real shame. With the US Open Cup it looked to be the time for him to make his debut for Sporting KC and it ended up not for him while his fellow rookie from the draft Dom Dwyer made his unspectacular debut.

When I spoke to his now former coach from Coastal Carolina University all he had was praise for a player who was versatile and had a huge engine.

Kyle Miller, selected in the third round of the 2012 MLS Supplemental Draft has been signed to a contract with Sporting KC.
He has been training with the team and participating with the reserves as a guest player.
A local lad, if you add in the two home-grown players, Kyle makes six members of Sporting’s roster coming from the Greater Kansas City Metro Area.
